safety protocols not only in the United States but also in Africa, Chile,
Indonesia, and Peru. Additionally, he participated in operational
improvement teams contributing to projects that enhance drilling
efficiency and blast safety.
Jason excels in ensuring safe, efficient blasting activities, designing
optimized blast patterns, and overseeing inventory control. His expertise
covers a broad spectrum from Mine Engineering and Blasting Operations
to supervisory roles where he fine-tuned his management capabilities.
